I approach my time with teams from both a practical and spiritual mindset whether it is stage presence, blend, individual voice coaching, group dynamics, unbiased communication about sound in the house, the way your live stream looks and sounds, or even the way that Sundays might feel to a first-time guest. I will speak the things that you are unable to due to your role, position, or even personality and pinpoint things with you and your team that need to be clearly and confidently assessed, communicated, or corrected.
Singing at church since I was three, years of private lessons in piano and voice, going to Baylor University on a voice scholarship, being the wife and teammate of a pastor, serving on worship teams as a vocalist, discipleship mentor, and on-boarding leader, teaching hundreds of voice students through three decades, and having a current voice studio full of worship leaders gives me credential, but what has compelled me to become an expert in the field is my passion for every person who enters a church service to experience nothing less than an encounter with the presence of God.
My role as singer, voice teacher, pastor’s wife, and encourager, combined with my experience on six church staffs from small and traditional to large and modern uniquely qualifies me to be able to consult with and mentor you and your team.
